Showreel

As an award winning, London based DoP with broad experience in documentaries, drama, arts and music, I have filmed in varied environments from the High Arctic to the rain forests of four continents for broadcasters in the UK, USA and Australia. A graduate of the National Film & TV School, I have the reputation for being easy-going, fast, flexible & versatile and pride myself in making every shot count. I have a passion for lighting, whether making the most from available light, or working with a gaffer and trucks full of lamps.

I have directed one film for Discovery (US) in New Guinea ('Warrior Island' “Korowai”) and self-directed a number of segments for other directors.

I have access to all camera formats (incl. the wonderful Canon EOS C300 large sensor as from mid Jan. 2012!) plus a personalised lighting kit that will suit most documentary or ‘small space’ drama situations. Also, a KeyWest lightweight dolly and tracks and an ABC TopShot crane.  My UK transport is fitted out for a crew of up to four plus equipment.
